With a heart full of love, hands shaped by years of working with dough, and a soul that never forgets its homeland, the story of Oliver Naumoski is yet another powerful reminder that the Macedonian spirit knows no borders.
Originally from Kichevo, a town forever etched into his identity, Oliver has spent the past four years building his life in Brisbane, Australia. There, he lives and works alongside his wife Tatiana and their greatest joy—their daughter. Although thousands of kilometers away from Macedonia, his roots are deeply present in every step he takes.
Oliver’s passion for cooking is no coincidence—it has been part of him since childhood. From an early age, he was drawn to experimentation, aromas, and the magic of creating delicious food. Moving to Australia and living in a multicultural environment only intensified this passion, opening new horizons and sources of inspiration. Yet despite discovering new cuisines and flavors, Macedonian tradition has always remained his strongest connection to home.
He built his professional foundation as a pizza chef in Kichevo, at Atva Residence Hotel, where he worked for three years from the very opening of the hotel. That period proved to be crucial in shaping him as a chef. With great respect and gratitude, Oliver highlights his friend Mile Kostadinoski, a top pizza chef who gave him the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
Today, Oliver is the owner of a truly unique business—a mobile trailer serving authentic Neapolitan pizza, which he personally restored entirely from scratch. What was once a simple horse float has now become a moving story of hard work, persistence, and love for the craft. He plans to share the entire transformation process soon through videos, as inspiration for anyone dreaming of creating something of their own.
While he enjoys preparing meat dishes, pizzas, pastrmajlija, bakrdan, and other Macedonian specialties, his current focus is firmly on pizza. Served directly from the trailer, his pizzas are a highlight at birthdays, catering events, weddings, and various celebrations—occasions where food becomes part of lasting memories and shared joy.
The reactions from those who have tasted Oliver’s pizza are overwhelmingly positive. Every kind word, every smile, and every compliment fuels his motivation to continuously improve and become even better in the future. His food is more than just a meal—it is a story, an emotion, and a bridge connecting Macedonia with the world.
